Training and Motivation

A well trained and motivated staff is essential to good customer service. Accordingly, as part of our staff development programme we periodically conduct Customer Care and Sales training sessions for our staff by professional Staff Training and Development Service companies. Training is also provided by Tourism Product Development Company. (TPDCo) which specializes in training for the tourism sector.

We will continue to provide in-house training programmes and, in particular, will undertake an in-house training programme for the staff prior to the opening of this shop.

We recognize the need to keep our staff motivated and towards this end, the company will provide similar facilities to those available to our current staff.  These include:-
